A core goal of RASCL is to serve as a central clearinghouse of resources, information, and tools that support communities in their efforts to become more resilient and sustainable. In addition, you'll also find links to external sites and tools developed by partner organizations that complement the resources available here.

Delaware RASCL

Resilient, sustainable communities are the back bone of a thriving state. The member organizations of  RASCL are committed to working together to provide technical expertise and support to Delaware communities in order to increase their capacity to adapt, mitigate, and respond to environmental changes, including climate change.
