Delaware Database for Funding Resilient Communities

The University of Delaware's Institute for Public Administration (IPA), with support from Delaware Coastal Programs, has compiled relevant financial assistance programs into a searchable web database that can be used by communities to support climate change adaptation and resilience projects in areas of:

  • disaster preparedness

  • disaster recovery

  • education

  • emergency aid

  • energy conservation

  • habitat restoration

  • infrastructure upgrades

  • planning

  • stormwater management

  • vulnerability assessments

  • wetlands protection

  • and more!

Resilient, sustainable communities are the back bone of a thriving state. The member organizations of  RASCL are committed to working together to provide technical expertise and support to Delaware communities in order to increase their capacity to adapt, mitigate, and respond to environmental changes, including climate change.
