RASCL is a collaborative network of state agencies, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions that convenes partners, leverages limited resources, and coordinates efforts to build a more resilient and sustainable Delaware. 

​​Each year, RASCL hosts an annual statewide summit that brings together resilience practitioners, elected officials, government agencies, and community members to discuss the issues that matter to Delawareans.
